Now on the Shopify App Store

Win back the shoppers who almost bought.

Woven Reach emails shoppers who leave a cart behind, with a message written for what they left and in the voice of your store. You approve the first one. After that it runs on its own.

Free for up to 25 carts engaged per month. Nothing sends until you approve it.

What your shoppers get

From Glacier Goods To you

Your Stormframe is still here

You left the Stormframe Mid and the Crag Bib 3L in your cart. Both are built for actual storms, and both are waiting right where you left them. If they’re still on your list, this is a good moment.

— The Glacier Goods team

Glacier Goods is an example store, not a customer.

The cart is the easy part. The follow-up is where stores lose the sale.

A shopper who adds to cart has already decided they want it. What happens in the next day decides whether you get the order.

The default reminder sounds like every other store.

“Hi there, you left items in your cart!” Your shoppers have read that line a hundred times. It doesn’t sound like you, so it doesn’t get read.

Writing your own takes time you don’t have.

Bigger email platforms can send something better, once you’ve written every email, built the flow, and paid for every contact on your list whether they abandoned a cart or not.

And the reports flatter themselves.

Most tools count an opened email as a recovered sale. Mail apps open emails on their own. So the revenue number you see is bigger than the revenue you actually got.

Set up in minutes. Then it runs without you.

No emails to write, no flow to build, no theme changes.

  1. Install from the App Store

Woven Reach lives inside your Shopify admin. Setup asks for three things: your business name, a contact email, and the name your emails should come from.

  2. Approve your first email

We read your storefront and pick up your logo, colours, tone and products, then show you your first recovery email. Regenerate it, adjust it, or send yourself a test. Nothing goes to a shopper until you say so.

  3. Recovery runs on its own

When a shopper leaves a cart, they get a short sequence written for what they left, on the schedule you set, and scheduled emails wait out your quiet hours. You watch it work from your dashboard.

Same forgotten cart. Three stores. Three different emails.

Every email is written from your storefront, not filled into a template. A knife maker doesn’t sound like a bakery, and neither should their emails.

Example stores, written to show the range. They are not customers.

I held the Nakiri you almost bought

We hand-grind each Nakiri 165 on the same bench, one at a time. The one in your cart is waiting for its final oil. If you’d like it, it can be in the post tomorrow.

we’ll bake this morning if…

…you actually want the country loaf and the brioche knots you left in the basket. We only bake what’s ordered by 6am, so this is your friendly nudge. The dough is waiting.

The revenue on your dashboard is revenue the emails brought back.

Many tools treat an opened email as a recovered cart. But Apple Mail and others load messages in the background whether or not anyone reads them. Count opens, and you count recoveries that never happened.

Woven Reach counts a recovery only when a shopper clicks through from the email to their cart and then places the order. A click is something a person did. An open might be.

If a shopper buys without clicking, because they remembered on their own, that sale was already yours and your dashboard won’t claim it. We would rather show you a smaller number you can act on than a bigger one you can’t.

Counted as recovered

  1. SentThe recovery email goes out.
  2. OpenedMaybe by a person. Maybe by the mail app.
  3. ClickedThey came back to their cart through the email.
  4. OrderedRecovered. It shows on your dashboard.

Not claimed

  1. SentThe recovery email goes out.
  2. OpenedThe mail app fetched it. Nobody clicked.
  3. No clickThe thread stops here.
  4. OrderedNot counted. That sale was yours anyway.

The same rule produces your recovered-cart count and your revenue figure. There is no second, more generous number anywhere.

Set the rules once. Woven Reach keeps them.

Everything a careful store owner would want to check before letting software email their customers.

Nothing sends without your approval
Recovery starts paused. You see the first email, and sends begin only when you turn it on.
Stop everything with one switch
Pause stops all recovery emails immediately, including sequences already in progress. Resume whenever you like.
Your schedule, your hours
Choose how many emails a sequence sends, from one to four, how long after the cart is left the first one goes, and the gap between follow-ups. Set quiet hours in your timezone and scheduled emails wait until they end.
Unsubscribes stick
Every email carries an unsubscribe link. Anyone who uses it, or who has marketing email turned off on their Shopify customer record, is not emailed. We check at send time, not just when the cart was abandoned.
Emails from your own domain
Connect your domain in settings so emails come from you. Until then they go out from a shared Woven Reach address.
A look that matches your store
Your logo and colours on your emails, in one of four layouts chosen to fit your storefront. Approve a different layout any time.
Discounts only if you want them
Off by default. Offer a percentage or a fixed amount as a single-use code, starting from whichever email in the sequence you choose.
It learns what works for your store
Each email quietly tests subject-line angles and small shifts in send timing, then leans toward whatever earns clicks and orders in your store. You can see the results in the app.
Privacy requests handled
When a customer asks Shopify to see or delete their data, our part is handled automatically and you can see it in the app.

Pay for the carts we work on. Not for the size of your list.

What counts as a cart engaged. A shopper leaves a cart and Woven Reach starts a recovery sequence for it. That is one. Emails sent, opens and clicks are not counted separately.

What happens at the limit. New recoveries carry on for a short grace period, then pause until your next billing period. There are no overage charges, ever. Move up or down a plan from inside the app whenever you like.

Questions store owners ask before installing.

Do I have to write anything?

No. Woven Reach reads your storefront and writes every email itself. If you want to steer it, add a line of guidance about your brand, regenerate any email, or edit the copy directly and your edits stay put.

Will it email shoppers who don’t want to hear from me?

Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and anyone who uses it is not emailed again. Before each send we also check the shopper’s Shopify customer record, so anyone marked unsubscribed there is skipped too.

Does it change my theme or my checkout?

No. It installs inside your Shopify admin and reads your public storefront the way a visitor would. Your theme, checkout and existing emails are untouched.

What is a “cart engaged”?

An abandoned cart we start a recovery sequence for. That is the only thing your plan counts. The number of contacts on your list, emails sent, opens and clicks never affect your bill.

What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?

New recoveries carry on for a short grace period, then pause until your next billing period. Nothing is ever charged beyond your plan. Moving up a plan from inside the app takes effect straight away.

Can I stop it?

Yes, with one switch on your dashboard. Pausing stops all recovery emails immediately, including sequences already in progress. Turn it back on whenever you like.

How do I know the numbers are real?

A cart counts as recovered only when the shopper clicked through from the email and then placed the order. Opens are never counted. The same rule produces every figure in the app, so the revenue you see is revenue the emails brought back.

Your next abandoned cart is minutes away.

Install takes a few minutes, and you approve the first email before anything sends. Free for up to 25 carts engaged per month.
