Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Woven Reach Shopify application (“the App”), operated by Solidstone, Inc. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

The service

The App detects abandoned carts in your Shopify store and sends recovery emails on your behalf, including AI-generated copy matched to your brand. You configure the campaigns; emails are sent in your name and you remain the sender of record for the messages the App dispatches for your store.

Your responsibilities

Sending limits & compliance

The App enforces marketing-consent gating (only customers opted in to marketing are emailed), unsubscribe handling with permanent suppression, bounce/complaint-based pausing, and per-store rate limits. We may pause sending for stores whose mail generates excessive bounces or spam complaints, to protect deliverability for everyone.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. Plan limits and prices are shown on the App’s billing page and the Shopify App Store listing. You can change or cancel your plan in the App at any time; uninstalling cancels billing per Shopify’s standard proration rules.

Data

Our Privacy Policy describes what we process and how deletion works. We act as your service provider for customer data; you remain the data controller for your store’s customers.

Availability & changes

The App is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be announced in the App or by email to your store’s contact address.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solidstone, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the three months preceding the claim.
